There are many people who claim that they are Christians today. In the United Statesalone 76% of the population declare themselves to be so. This is on a decline from recent years and is evident today as our society is in serious trouble. Fifty years ago no one ever heard of a school shooting. The biggest trouble anyone had from a student at that time was chewing gum or talking out of turn. I distinctly remember my friend showing me his new pocket-knife in the fifth grade.
