Our Wedding Vows

Many of you have asked us to put our vows online. Andy and I choose to wrote our own vows. We also used parts and pieces from the Bible and other Christian believers.

Andy’s Vows

I, David Andrew, covenant before God and man, to you Erin Renee Lewis to be your loving and faithful husband.

As stated in the Word of God and spoken solemnly from my heart, I will love and protect you, I will strengthen you when you are weak, I will be loyal and keep these oaths for all the days of my life.

As spoken in Joshua 24:15, our house will serve God and keep his commandments. We will stand upon the word of God and I will lead our family under the guidance of Almighty God.

I will be yours in times of plenty and in times of want, in times of sickness and in times of health, in times of joy and in times of sorrow, in times of failure and in times of triumph.

In the presence of almighty God and before these witness’, I present this ring to seal this covenant I have made and to signify my love for you.

Erin’s Vows

I, Erin Renee, covenant before God and man, to you David Andrew Robinson to be your loyal wife and to submit myself under your headship.

I will live first to our God, and then unto you – loving you, caring for you, obeying you, and seeking to please you as my earthly lord under Christ.

God has prepared me to be helpmeet to you, to strengthen, encourage and comfort you.

I will be yours in times of plenty and in times of want, in times of sickness and in times of health, in times of joy and in times of sorrow, in times of failure and in times of triumph.

Whither thou goest, I will go; where thou lodgest, I will lodge; thy people will be my people and thy God my God. Andy, I pledge my life to you to be an obedient, submissive, and faithful wife.

In the presence of almighty God and before these witness’, I present this ring to seal this covenant I have made and to signify my love for you.

"Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God." Philippians 1:27-28
